Hurricane Ida devastated southeastern Louisiana August 29-30, knocking out power for more than 1 million people, including the entire city of New Orleans. Fierce winds caused extensive damage while heavy rains and storm surge brought severe flooding. The people affected by Hurricane Ida have many needs; we can help right now by donating specific items to be sent directly to Louisiana.

Below is a list of needed items. Drop off your donations in the main foyer at Central from 8:00am-noon on Sundays through September 19. You can also drop off during regular business hours (Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm) throughout the week.
