Bible Study

Welcoming every generation into the world of the Bible.

The Bible is a story about Jesus and the true story that changes lives. Our Bible Studies are designed to help everyone learn the story of Scripture, live in light of that story more faithfully, and love God more fully.

Through personal study, small group discussion, and large group teaching, our Bible Studies will help lead you not just to information but transformation. Whether you’re brand new to reading the Bible or have been studying it for yours, you’ll find our Bible Studies a great place to be formed by Scripture and find the fullness of life Jesus offers.

FAQ

How much work is involved?

You can expect to spend 90 minutes in class each week, and another 1–2 hours outside of class.

What if I'm new to the Bible?

You’re in the right place. Many in this class are studying the Bible for the very first time.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens. It’s ok. If you need to miss, try and let your table leader know, and just keeping working through the material.

Will I get to know people?

Yes! We think community is a vital part of learning. You will be assigned to a table of people, with whom you’ll discuss the text each week before listening to large-group teaching on the passage.

Are materials provided? What about childcare?

Yes. We’ll take care of securing the materials for you. And childcare is available.

Can I join a Bible study with my spouse?

With our Bible Studies, we’ve found the most fruitful discussion happens in single-gender environments, so single-gender studies are our default. That said, you’re welcome to check out our other types of classes and groups, almost all of which are mixed-gender.

What if I can't afford to pay for class materials?

We don’t want money to be a barrier and have some scholarships available. If that’s you, we have a place to indicate that on the registration page.
