What is the Central Men’s Brotherhood

Every man is created with purpose, strength, and the capacity to lead well. We help men discover who they are in Christ, grow alongside brothers who walk the same road, and live with courage and conviction at home, at work, in the church, and in the world.

Together, we share the mission of making generations of disciples who make a difference for the Gospel. Central Men’s Ministry is a place to belong, grow, and be challenged, a place where faith becomes action and brotherhood runs deep.

We are sharpened in Christ and sent with purpose to lead, to serve, and to live lives that reflect the strength and grace of Jesus.

Leadership Challenge

The Men’s Ministry Leadership Challenge is a weekly encouragement designed to equip and help men live out their faith as leaders at home, at work, in the church, and in the community. Rooted in the pillars of Central Men’s Ministry: Identity, Brotherhood, Purpose, and Trust, each challenge reminds men who they are in Christ and equips them to lead with integrity, courage, and strength together. This opportunity to receive these weekly Challenges is open to all men of Central who want to step into their God-given role as leaders.

Resources

Central Men’s Ministry recognizes that men are called to rise with clarity, strength, and purpose. You don’t have to navigate identity, calling, or faith alone. Below are some resources that we recommend to help you grow deeper in your calling of who God has called you to be in your family, job and in our brotherhood.

Cash Fields serves as the Director of Groups and Engagement at Central Church, where he oversees the church’s groups ministry and engagement strategy, helping people connect more deeply into the life of the church. Through Life Groups and other connection points, Cash is passionate about helping people live out the “one anothers” of Scripture and experience the heartbeat of Central’s groups ministry: Growing Together as Authentic Family.

Before joining Central in 2024, Cash served in a similar role at a church in Brooklyn, New York. Prior to vocational ministry, he lived in Nashville, Tennessee, where he taught high school math. He has served in full-time vocational ministry since 2019.

Cash graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Leadership and earned a Master’s degree of Education from Lipscomb University. He is passionate about helping people connect to the local church, discover and use their Spirit-given gifts, and be equipped to build up the church and reach the lost.

Cash is married to Abigail, and together they have a son, Daniel. Outside of ministry, Cash enjoys meeting new people, playing group games, and embracing a little friendly competition.
