Scripture instructs women to minister to each other. In Titus 2:4-5 women are told to train each other "to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God." God specifically designed us to meet each other's needs. The Divine Author of Scripture knows women need other women to help light the way through life.

"In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in Heaven." --- Matthew 5:16

Hollie Gardner

Women's Ministry Director

Hollie is a lifelong Bryan/College Station resident who began attending Central at the age of 11 and became a member in 1992. She has been married to the love or her life, Brian since 2000 and is the mother to Reagan, Ethan and Levi. She graduated from Texas A&M in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She has held leadership positions serving Central’s Women since 2007. The Lord has given Hollie a heart to serve and she has actively served Central in many capacities including AWANA listener coordinator, Gospel Project Leader, Central Sports Coach, Women Bible Study leader/co-coordinator and assisted with many children’s and youth events. In addition, for 5 years she was the coordinator of the Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) and has been on the Women’s Ministry Team for the last 4 years. Hollie is excited and feels the Lord has called her to be the Director of the Women’s Ministry. Her desire is to continue to make Central a home for all women; including those who may be seeking the Lord for the first time to those who have had a long walk with Him. Hollie’s prayer is that we will all grow in spiritual maturity based on God’s truth resulting in changed lives that bring honor and glory to His name.

Psalm 139:23-24 Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me and lead me in the way everlasting!
